Objective : To establish a HPLC method for determination of tiloronoxim hydrochloride and its metabolite ( tilorone hydrochloride ) in human blood .

NK cell activities in C57BL / 10 mice treated with tilorone ( 13-52.2 % ) were much higher than those in control mice ( 2.69 % ) .

给予 梯 络 龙小鼠的NK细胞活性（ 13-52.2%）远比对照组（2.6-6.9%）为高。

Tilorone was given to experimental silicotic dogs in two dosages ( 20mg / kg 10mg / kg ) a week for six months .

实验 分为大（20mg/kg）、 小（10mg/kg）剂量 组 及矽肺对照组， 疗程6个月。

Cytotoxicity levels of pulmonary alveolar macrophages in experimental silicotic rats ( 0.8-1.4 % ) were lower than those of the control rats ( 3.3-4.0 % ) but after administration of Tilorone cytotoxicity levels were raised to as high as 7.8-11.2 % .

实验性矽肺大鼠肺巨噬细胞分泌的细胞毒因子活性（0.8-1.4%）比正常对照组（ 3.3-4.0%）为低，但 给予 梯 络 龙后，其活性高达7.8-11.2%。
