Methods 80 acute apoplexy patients with hemiplegic-side hand turgescence were divided into two groups randomly . Patients of Control group ( 40 persons ) were given conventional therapy and nursing while those of Intervention group ( 40 persons ) were given rehabilitation nursing additionally .

方法将80例急性脑卒中偏瘫手 肿胀患者随机分为两组，对照组40例，接受常规治疗护理，干预组40例，接受常规治疗和护理。同时，给予早期康复护理干预。

剖检病变为咽喉充血，肺充血，脾脏 稍 肿。对一般的抗菌药物如青霉素、链霉素均 无良好疗效。

Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing intervention has noticeable curative effects on hemiplegic-side hand turgescence of acute apoplexy patients .

结论采用早期康复护理干预，对 偏瘫有明显的疗效。
