MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES : ① Sources of distally arterial perforating branch of ulnar margin of forearm ;

主要观察指标：重点观察：①前臂 尺 侧 缘远端的动脉穿支来源。

It coursed obliquely and distally from lateral aspect of the finger to the dorsal aspect . At dorsal - radial margin or dorsal - ulnar margin of PIP joint 2 to 5 branches were sent off to the dorsum of the middle phalanx .

在近 指间关节桡背（或 尺背）侧向背面及中节指背发出2～5条分支。

OBJECTIVE : To investigate distally arterial perforating branch of ulnar margin of forearm and provide anatomical bases for designing distal pedicled flap of nutrient vessel in basilic vein of ulnar margin of forearm .

目的：研究前臂尺 侧缘远端的动脉穿支，为前臂 尺侧 缘贵要静脉营养血管远端蒂复合瓣的设计提出解剖学理论。
