METHODS : After being taken off paraffin wax with xylene from paraffin-embedded lung cancer tissue first the tissue was infused into PBS buffer for 4-8 hrs in water bath the temperature was 60 ℃ then handled with different concentration of alcohol .

方法： 石蜡包埋肺癌组织在二甲苯脱蜡后，先用PBS缓冲液（设立pH值梯度）60℃温 浴处理4～8h，接着用不同梯度乙醇处理，最后再用PBS缓冲液常温处理4～8h。
