Methods Retrospective study was performed by reviewing the findings in the planar ultrasonographs and CDFI images of 74 cases of tuberous pathological changes of thyroidea which had been identified by pathology and cytology .

方法回顾性分析病理或细胞学证实的结节性 甲状腺病变74例二维超声和彩色多普勒超声（CDFI）表现。

Method : Dividing 37 cases with liver cirrhosis into three groups the group with compensation the group with lightly lost-compensation and the group with severely lost-compensation to observe the changing of thyroidea function .

方法：将37例肝硬化患者按代偿、轻度失代偿、重度失代偿分为3组，观察其 甲状腺功能变化。

Results : T3 together with T4 decreased and rT3 increased prominently in both the group with lightly lost-compensation and the group with severely lost-compensation while the changing of thyroidea function was not obvious in the group with compensation .

结果：代偿组 甲状腺功能变化不明显，而两组失代偿期患者T3，T4降低，rT3升高，统计学上有显著差异。
