39 ( 78 % ) of them were thymoma teratoma retrosternal thyroid and neurogenic tumor . Lingual sign suggested thymoma and inverse triangle suggested retrosternal thymoma .

The incidence rates of the mild suffocation group and heavy suffocation group are 37.7 % and 28.3 % respectively . The second common cases are low thyroid hormone blood sign and high T 4 syndrome .

本组病例以低T3综合症为多见，轻度窒息组、重度窒息组其发生率分别为37.7%、 28.3%，其次为低 甲状腺素血症，高T4综合症。
