Methods : One case of intracranial infection caused by RCM with traumatopathy of head with death was reported and the predisposing factors clinical characteristics diagnosis and therapy of RCM were discussed and the relevant literature was reviewed .

方法：报告1例头 面部 外伤 后 鼻 脑 型 毛 霉菌颅内感染死亡病例，并结合文献探讨该病的易感因素、临床特点、诊断治疗方法。
