Methods : The clinical data of 6 cases of urethrorectal fistula treated with modified transperineal septal skin flap repair operation and 1 case treated by posterior sagittal approach from Jun. 1997 to Jun. 2002 were summarized .

方法：分析1997年6月～2002年6月采用改良的经会阴皮瓣 间 置修补6例 低、中位 尿道 直肠瘘和经 括约肌直肠后矢状入路修补1例 高位 尿道 直肠瘘的治疗结果。
