Objective To explore the treatment of fractures of symphysiolysis / superior and inferior ramus of pubis and sacrum .

Methods We treated 11 cases of fractures of symphysiolysis / superior and inferior ramus of pubis and sacrum with pubic symphysis double plate + sacrum rods and analyzed the clinical results of the operation .

方法应用耻骨联合双钢板加骶骨棒 固定11例 耻骨 联合 分离/ 耻骨上下支骨折合并骶骨骨折，并分析其临床结果。
