Methods 70 patients with thyroid adenoma of ASA ⅰ~ⅱ who were determined to be given subtotal thyroidectomy under cervical plexus block anesthesia were randomized into two groups with 35 each .

方法： 择期 甲状腺腺瘤行甲状腺次全切除术患者70例，ASAⅠ级~Ⅱ级，随机分为两组，每组35例。

Conclusion Microinfusion propofol and fentanyl can efficiently inhibit cardiovascular effects during thyroid operation under cervical plexus blocked also providing satisfactory effects in sedation or amnesia and assistant anesthesia .

结论泵注丙泊酚和芬太尼用于颈 丛麻醉镇静可有效抑制 颈 丛 麻醉下 甲状腺手术时的心血管反应，具有良好镇静、遗忘，辅助 颈 丛麻醉的效果。
