Group B was treated with tangential excision of eschar . After the procedure the wound was covered with biological dressing or alloskin then set pressure dressing on the wound .

The results suggest that the tangential excision could increase the local production of EGF bFGF and PDGF-AB and improve the wound healing in the deep-partial thickness burn .

实验提示， 削痂手术可以增加 创面局部组织释放EGF、bFGF、PDGF－AB，对深Ⅱ度烧伤 创面愈合有促进作用。
