The genomic DNAs of Escherichia coli Bacillus subtilis Micrococcus tetragenus Proteus vulgaris and Enterobacter aerogenes were analyzed by rep-PCR with BOX primers and the CK experiment was carried out by adding plant genomic DNAs into the bacteria genomic DNAs .
