Objectives : To diagnose early subclavian steal syndrome using Transcranial Doppler ( TCD ) combined with Trousseau 's test .

目的：应用经颅多普勒超声（TCD）及束 臂 试验证 实 椎 动脉 收缩期 切迹可 提示早期锁骨下动脉盗血综合征（SSS）。

Compare the decline in blood flow velocities and its recovery time before and after Trousseau 's test in vertebral waveform with or without notch at systole .

通过对椎动脉收缩期切迹 组与无 切迹 组 做 束 臂 试验，比较 束 臂前后收缩期血流速度下降幅度及流速自下降至恢复的时间。
