Methods : The clinical data of 438 patients of ulnoradial diaphyses fracture with internal fixative operation from January 1985 to June 2002 were analyzed retrospectively to explore the causes of 46 cases forearm rotation disfunctions among all patients .

方法：通过对我院1985年1月-2002年6月收治的438例内固定术 后 尺 桡骨骨干双骨折临床资料的回顾性分析，探讨其中46例前臂旋转功能障碍的原因。

Using unilateral external fixation combined with bone graft to treat nonunion of ulnoradial fracture failed with internal fixation

单臂外固定器结合植骨治疗 尺 桡骨骨折内固定术后不愈合

Conclusions Fixation by external fixation with bone graft is a reliable and effective treatment for nonunion of ulnoradial fracture failed with internal fixation .

结论单臂外固定器结合植骨治疗 前臂骨折内固定术 后不愈合是一种 操作 简便， 创伤小，固定牢固， 并发症 少的有效方法。
