Clinical and Radiological Manifestations of Uremic Lung ( An Analysis of 36 Cases )

尿毒症 肺的临床X线表现（附36例报告）

Ther are no fixed relationship between the uremic lung damage and the course of the disease the degree of the anemia the BUN concentration or the hypertention .

尿毒症 肺损害和病程长短、贫血程度、BUN浓度、高血压存在与否无固定关系。

Cases ( 10.20 % ) were died . Conclusion : The clinical symptoms of uremic lung are cough sputum and dyspnea . The findings of the chest X - ray are pulmonary vascular congestion and alveolar edema .

全部病例进行了 血液 透析 治疗，死亡5例（10.2%），结论：临床症状以咳嗽、咳痰、呼吸困难为主，胸部X线表现以肺淤血，肺泡性 肺水肿多见。
