Results : The hospital based incidence of the female urogenital fistula decreased to 2.3 cases per year during the last 23 years from 6.7 cases per years during the early 31 years .

结果：女性 尿瘘由前31年间平均年收治67例下降至后23年的平均年收治23例。

Conclusions : The diagnosis treatment and prevention of female urogenital fistula is very important and the neoplasty with bulbocavernous muscle flap is an ideal method .

结论：女性 泌尿 生殖 道 瘘的诊治和预防都很重要，球海绵体肌瓣移植修补术为治疗女性复杂尿瘘的理想术式。
