Abstract Basing on homemade vacuum equipment materials and technology a set of vacuum system with ultra high vacuum degree has beem designed and constructed for magneto optical trap of Cesium atoms .

立足于国产材料、真空设备和技术，设计、建立了一套用于铯原子磁光 阱的超高 真空系统。

The comparison with the ordinary die-casting casting and the vacuum die-casting casting X-Ray detection showed that there is less air trap defect in casting produced by the self-development system obviously .
