AIM : To evaluate the efficacy of combined functional rectal suspension herniorrhaphy and sigmoidectomy and an additional ventrosuspension for female in the treatment of internal rectal prolapse ( IRP ) with pelvic floor hernia .

目的：评价功能性直肠悬吊术、疝修补术及乙状结肠切除术（女性附加 子宫 悬吊 固定）对直肠内脱垂合并底疝的治疗效果。

Objective : To observe clinic effects of round ligament ventrosuspension by Laparoscopy on treating pelvic congestion syndrome after tubal ligation .

目的：探讨腹腔镜下圆韧带 悬吊 术治疗输卵管结扎术后盆腔瘀血综合征的临床疗效。
