Objective : To explore the hemostatic effect of ZT glue used in large area capillary hemorrhage bleeding in surgical removal of parasagittal and falx meningiomas and the postoperative complication with the use of ZT glue .

目的：探讨医用ZT 胶在脑膜瘤 切除时对大面积渗血、出血的止血作用及术后并发症。

Conclusions The surgical glue can promote anastomosis healing with less scar formation and accelerate scar softening and maturation which suggests that surgical glue should be effective in the prevention of anastomotic stricture .

结论 外科 黏合剂可促进吻合口愈合，减少瘢痕形成，加速瘢痕成熟软化，是预防胆道术后吻合口狭窄的一种有效措施。
