In 8th week there was a significant difference between acupuncture group medicated group and glucose-lowering treatment group in thermalgesia liminal value and SNCV ( P < 0.05 or P < 0.01 ) without significant difference compared with the control group .

治疗8周，针刺治疗组和药物治疗组 热 痛阈值、坐骨神经 SNCV与降糖治疗组差异显著（P<0.05或P<0.01），与正常对照组比较，差异无显著性。

Results In 4th week the thermalgesia liminal value of acupuncture group decreased SNCV and blood flow increased compared with that of glucose-lowering treatment group ( P < 0.05 ) .

结果治疗4周，与降糖治疗组比较，针刺治疗组 热 痛阈值降低，坐骨神经 SNCV增加，坐骨神经血流量增加（P<0.05）。

The rat thermalgesia liminal value sciatic neurosensory conduction velocity ( SNCV ) and blood flow were detected and compared in 4th and 8th week respectively in different groups .
