A simple and rapid method for the determination of laevulinic acid in soy sauce was developed . Selecting undecanoic acid as an internal standard the average recovery rate was from 83.4 % to 91.2 % and its relative standard deviation was 1.60 % .

选用 正 十一 烷 酸为内标，采用毛细管气相色谱法测定酱油中的乙酰丙酸，样品回收率在83.4%～91.2%之间，标准线性关系 良好， 样品测定的变异系数小。
