Objective : To observe the therapeutic effect of recalcitrant condyloma acuminatum in urethral orifice ostium vaginae anus and crissum treated with Nd : YAG laser .

目的：观察Nd：YAG激光治疗位于 尿道口、阴道口、 肛门及肛周的难治性尖锐湿疣的疗效。

If urethral orifice or anus is involved or near to lesion and conservative surgery should be performed with pro-or postoperative adjuvant radiation .

如果肿瘤接近或侵犯 尿道口、 肛门而行保留 尿道或保肛手术均应于术前或术后辅以放射治疗。
