Conclusions : The prognosis of sweat gland carcinoma of the vulva is fairly good . Wide local resection of the vulva or radical vulvectomy is the treatment of choice .

结论：外阴汗腺癌的预后较好，局部扩大切除或根治性 外阴 切除，是首选治疗方法。

From 1976 to 1992 44 patients with middle and advanced stage vulvar carcinoma were treated by radical vulvectomy combined with radiation therapy and chemotherapy in our hospital .

本文 报道了1976年至1992年间 本科收治的44例中晚期 外阴癌。

The radical operation for vulval carcinoma was performed in 49 patients from Jan 1977 to Feb 1987 . All patients received radical vulvectomy including superficial inguinal femoral and deep femoral lymph nodes dissection and most of them also had pelvic lymphadenectomy .

本文报告我院1977年1月～1987年2月手术治疗外阴癌部分患者共49例，所有患者均接受 外阴 广泛 切除，腹股沟深浅淋巴结清除术，绝大多数患者进行了盆腔淋巴结清除。
