Methods : 12 patients who had been administrated with digoxin and urinative before the trial were added with spironolactone and ACEI .

方法：12例患者治疗前 先使用地高辛和 排 钾 利尿 药，入选 后加用螺内酯和ACEI。

Conclution : these results suggest the regimen of sodium restriction and using urinative can induce hypotonic cerebropathy other than hepatic cerebropathy in the patients with cirrhosis ascites .

结论：结果提示肝硬化腹水病人限钠、 利尿 治疗会诱发低渗性脑病，而非肝性脑病。
