CONCLUSION : Cefaclor is effective in treatment of urinosexual tract infection especially mild and moderate urinary infections with mild ADRs .

结论： 新达 罗具有 抗菌 谱 广， 抗菌 活性 强，尿液浓度高，不良反应轻，疗效显著等特点，对各种泌尿 生殖系统感染，尤其是轻、中度感染尤为适用。

METHODS : 52 patients with urinosexual tract infections were treated with cefaclor in comparison with 46 patients of the same diseases treated with cefradine .
